of the John F. Germany Public Library
The Friends of the Library of Tampa-Hillsborough County, Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit organization founded in 1967. Along with Library Branch Chapters, the Friends raise funds to: support library programs, enhance library collections, promote library services and sponsor library events. Friends also advocate for libraries by sharing information about the value of libraries with the community elected officials. Grover's Corners Bookstore located in the East building ground floor is open everyday to the public and offers over 10,000 nearly new books.
